OUR SALES POLICY
- Since we do not support animal flippers and abusers, all buyers must complete an application for purchase. Approval is based on the seller's discretion. We reserve the right to deny any application for any reason.
- Bring your own carrier for your animal(s) at the time of sale!!
- Transport for any animal, and the payment arrangements for transport, is the responsibility of the BUYER. We are happy to communicate and cooperate with any transport company. Ask us if you need referrals.
- All sales are final! Sale is considered final once payment is made in full, and the animal has left the physical possession of the seller.
- In the case of a gender mix-up (it happens), we will replace your animal as soon as possible (as quality stock is available), once the undesired animal is returned.
- There will be no "free" replacements if an animal dies after a buyer takes possession. We can only guarantee the health of an animal for while it is in our care (before and up to the time of sale). Buyer accepts full responsibility for the animal after the sale is final. We are sympathetic to the loss of any animal but we can not replace that animal at our cost once it leaves the herd/flock.
- Normally, we do not "hold" or "reserve" any animal. In the case that we make an exception (at our discretion) and agree to "hold" an animal for a buyer, a NONREFUNDABLE deposit of at least HALF of the price of the animal will be required. If we agree to "hold" an animal, we reserve the right to decline on the sale at any time. In such case, we agree to reserve a different animal of equal or greater quality OR a full refund will be issued. Once full payment/non-refundable deposit is received, we agree to no longer breed that animal to our own herd/flock. If a "hold" is placed on an animal and the buyer does not accept physical possession of the animal due to no fault of the seller, the buyer will NOT be granted a refund (including the deposit amount) and the seller reserves the right to refuse future sales to that customer. Buyer must complete the sale within 14 days of the reserve date. On day 15, the animal is no longer on hold.
- After the sale, we highly recommend that every animal be placed in a quarantined area for around 30 days before being introduced to a new herd/flock. This will help to reduce stress levels (high stress levels *can* be fatal for rabbits) experienced from the move. Remember, BETTER SAFE THAN SORRY - QUARANTINE!! A baggie of food will be sent with each sold animal to help the animal safely transition to a different feed.
- Up until the sale is final, we reserve the right to refuse that sale at ANY time and for ANY reason.
- We do not guarantee a positive pregnancy when purchasing a pregnant female, nor can we guarantee a 100% hatch rate from any fertile eggs purchased. For the health and safety of our own herd, we do NOT offer stud services, free or otherwise. We operate a CLOSED RABBITRY, meaning no outside animals or people are allowed in the rabbitry for health and safety reasons.
- WE ARE NOT PET BREEDERS!!!! WHEN/IF we do sell an animal as a pet, WE HAVE A "RETURN-TO-ME" POLICY as well as the following policies: We do not sell pets to ANYONE under the age of 18 unless a parent/guardian is present at the time of sale. You *may* be required to supply character references; this helps us ensure that our animal is going to a GOOD home, and will NOT be mistreated or abandoned. We encourage you to spay/neuter your pet, but we are not responsible for any medical procedures or fees after the sale is final. If you no longer want your pet, we ask that you return the animal to us, no matter what the reason may be. If you can not keep your pet, please DO NOT take it to an animal shelter! MOST animal shelters are overcrowded and they do not have the proper resources or knowledge base to care for most types of livestock animals, including rabbits. We will make ALL efforts to place your pet in a new home but we are not required to permanently house the returned animal on our farm. We can not guarantee updates on the returned pet once it is re-homed, nor will we violate the new owner's right to privacy.
- If you want a receipt of sale, you must ask for one. All available pedigrees will be sent along with the animal at the time of sale, or sent in an email, or both (if possible).
- We are happy to help with any questions or concerns anytime, even after the sale.

We can show you any rabbit in picture or in person, but no one is allowed in the rabbitry without permission. Thank you for your understanding in this matter.
